I am a Canadian citizen. I came to Chicago in April of this year to visit my boyfriend that i have known for 3 years. We have decided that we would like to get married and live here in Chicago.My question is,Do i have to go back to Canada until we get all the paperwork and things done to get married? Or can i stay here in Chicago? Another question is, what forms do we need to fill out to get married and what forms do i need to fill out to stay here in Chicago ?
