Clinical Psycholgist made unfounded remarks can we sue her? This report can cost us the custody case.
My husband and I were ordered to attend co-parenting therapy with his ex-wife and her husband. My husband and I attended 2 sessions with the other side and he attended 1 session with just the ex-wife. We received a report making unfounded accusations about me addressed to the court and making recommendations based on comments made by the ex-wife taken as truth without even discussing them with my husband or myself. We were not given a chance to defend or disagree with the comments at all.
