i'll start from the begining so i appologise if this is a bit long ....
I joined their employment in July 2005. In April of 2008 i went off sick with an anxiety problem which i provided certificates for. Now because of the job i do I have been told not to return to the job that i have, and my employer has said that they will help me to find another job within the company BUT while i am applying for these alternatives they have no work for me to do so i have to go home (unpaid).
Where do i stand with this !?! the interview process can take weeks with this company and i can't afford to not be paid, Alternativly i can receive SSP from the goverment but if i do this, then i can't apply for any other jobs !!??!!??
