Things change, gas card today, no gas card tomorrow.
Nothing illegal in my view, but then I'm just another dumb guy on the Internet.

you would have to prove they took it away strictly because you took maternity leave...not because of any other business reasons (such as a pay/benefits review where they noted only one employee at or near your level was getting the benefit and the ROI wasn't what they thought or because they realized you got something in your promotion that is hard to recordkeep or tax/nontax for just one employee)...it would be a tough case to prove if they have any documentation on their reasoning.

Unless you have some kind of valid and supportable evidence that the ONLY reason they took away the gas card was to "punish" you for taking maternity leave, I think this is a losing proposition for you.

Treating you the same as the other coordinator is not at all a violation of any kind. Do you have to drive for work? If so, are you reimbursed mileage?

I can't find an option to delete my post...help.

After a very short period of time posters are unable to delete a specific post.

Which post are you trying to delete, and one us will do it for you?
