Google uses blogspot(dot)com for their free blog hosting site but the trademark for "blogspot" is dead. Alot of people search on "Blogspot" plus keywords, can i use that in my domain like travel-blogspot.com to get alot of traffic or can they come after me?
If it's not registered at the ustpo.gov website , am i safe? Or do can people still pursue you for trademark infringement if they own the domain?
