I purchased a few vending machines 4 month ago. I have not used any of them yet. They are brand new. I now understand that the seller has sold these machines almost 3 times more expensive than the real price. Can I make them to refund my money?

Why? You must of liked the price at the time of purchase. Let me ask you this. Are you going to sell the product you put in the machines at cost? It's a buyer choice to pay the asking price. If you didn't like the price then don't buy them.
