I took my rabbit to the vet to get a bath. Since she is so wild they had to put her under anesthesia. After taking her home, she stopped eating and died a week and a half later. I took her to a different doctor to get an autopsy and they said that all of her organs were in bad condition from obesity. My question is, isn't the doctor supposed to check the health of the animal before putting her under anesthesia? She was eating fine and acting normally before the trip to the vet then all of a sudden she doesn't want to eat anymore and dies. I need guidance in this case!
