Hi
I would like to file a claim in the Illinois small claims court but I can't see anything on their website to say whether a "foreigner" is allowed to sue from another country. It does say that the papers need to be filed in the court but I'm not sure if they can simply be posted or faxed.
My problem is I am owed around $3,000 by a small US based supplier and I live in the UK.
