My son has been living with his mother's parents for over a year without my knowledge. They live in the same town and I assumed he just spent his time there because his mother is not very "motherly". I am a truck driver and my schedule is all over the place. My son just turned 18 Nov. 7th he works full time and is enrolled in cyber school for 1 hour a day. I took her in for a modification and I win because she admitted he doest sleep there. Two days ago her father (a retired chief of police) took me in for child support and won and now I'm paying more. Do I have a case in trying to get back the money that she received when my son didn't live there?

Short answer: No.
How do you know that Mom was not forwarding the money to her parents?

She also could have been buying food, clothes, shoes, medications etc. As long as a court order was in place you were obligated to pay and you had no say on how the money was spent.
