Can I repay without signing the judgement

I'm being sued for repayment of a credit card debit and have agreed to a payment schedule of $354.00 per month for 36 months. I was sent a judgement paper to sign and return with my first payment. I do not want this judgement posted in our local newspaper. What will happen if I just send in my payment without signing the consent judgement?
