Can I get hired is my question?
I am a nursing assistant of 9 years and 2 years ago I was charged with 5 degree assault and disorderly conduct. This all was not work related. Can I work in the health field as I am 6 months away from graduation?

You can apply for the jobs and your future employers will have to make that decision. If you are trying to become a nurse and are applying for your RN, you will have to make your case to the board. Hope this helps and good luck to you!
