can I do this in small claims court?

Can I present an issue with my divorce in a small claims court? It has to do with papers not signed that were suppose to be signed at time of divorce... and some money that is owed to me.

Civil/Magistrates Court (Georgia's version of Small Claims) deals with financial issues that are in dispute.

Thus the issue of owned money can be presented in this court;not the issue of divorce papers.
