I was divorce in 2001 payed support had an increase in 2007. After being injured in 2008 I had to move in with family down in Alabama. Child support of Illinois kept the increase from 2007 but took child support owed back to 2001 say there was no judges signature in the 2007 increase, when Child support of Alabama faxed it to them, they told Alabama to drop the case, they would handle it. Can child support of Illinois be sued for this? What can I do to fix it?
