A habitual felon served 90 days in state prison for probation violation and upon release had his probation sentence terminated.

Since being released however, the individual continues to buy, sell and use heroin on a daily basis as well as reported false employment information to the state in order to receive pandemic benefits. He actually received a debit card for $3,000 based on deception.

They would likely refer you to the local police department. Who are you to this felon? How do you know so much about his illegal activities?

Yes, if convicted for a new offense, the person could be incarcerated or placed back on probation.
No, they would not simply revert to the previous probation without a new offense.

No, don't waste your time trying to contact a judge. You will be ignored if you manage to make contact.

What's the question?

If probation is terminated, they are no longer on probation. If they commit a new crime, get found or plead guilty and get sentenced to probation again, that's a different story.

If you know someone is committing fraud, report it. I think states have a way to report unemployment fraud by individuals - and even employers.
