Criminal Law Can a judge

Can a county judge place on an order of protection for me not to call immigration when someone has committed an immigration violation. The thing he said and I quote "if you call immigration I will lock you up for 6 months"!

If he ordered it, I would be careful about breaking that order whether he "can" or not he can lock you up until some other judge lets you go. In the end you may be right but you may spend 3 months in jail proving you are right.

An order is not enforceable unless it is reduced to writing and recorded with the court clerk.
