Seven years ago I joined a campground as a "lifetime" membership. I have moved & it is not feasable to use the facility. When I joined they told me that if I moved I could transfer the membership to a resort closer to my new home. Now, they deny that & want to charge me 3 years dues ($648) to cancel the contract. What is the legal definition of life time ? Must I pay this fee to cancel the contract ? I feel that I have fallen victim to a deceptive sales presentation.
