I was served with a 60 day notice to quit as of May 24th 2006 but I believe it was defective. The notice was only nailed to my door, I received NO NOTICE in the mail. i.e"nail and mail" procedure. Has the Civil Procedure Section 1162 changed recently to make this legal or does the notice have to be mailed as well?
