Retired mother moved in with couple(no children) leased 4 bedroom 2,800 sq ft home.
1-Lessor says that since she was not specified as one of the lessess this broke the lease.Opinion on this, or would lessor be entitled to additional rent and on what formula.
2-Lease did specify that couple travels great deal and someone for the safety of house, etc will stay at house. It was discussed that such person typically will this Mom. Would this change your opinion from #1 above?
