Unless you have an agreement/contract/warranty to the contrary & having one is very, very doubtful on a buy here/pay here vehicle, you buy as is & you most likely can't get your money back. When buying a used car, it is always buyer beware -you need to have the vehicle checked by a mechanic before buying. Sorry.
