My bf is in jail for burglary its an f2 no other related charges how much time do you think he will get hes going to trail with this

No way to tell, but sentencing guidelines may give a range of sentencing he may face.
Does he have prior convictions?

If he goes to trial there is the chance gee may get no time.... hopefully he its taking the advice off his attorneys.
