Hello, My sister, while in Hospice, and dying of cancer told four of her friends that she had 48 acres in northern Calif. that she wants them to turn into a sanctuary and memorial, in her name(sister). A quick claim deed was done, with the understanding that these women would fulfill my sister's wishes. That was a year ago. I have found out that they are not going to do anything, they say that it's legally and financially a grandiose idea. There was witnesses that heard my sister tell these women what she wanted. Can as brother to my sister can I contest this quick claim deed??
