My wife asked i her brother could come and stay with us i agreed now i would like him to leave but she wants him to stay,
She says he pays her 500$ a month but i did not agree to rent a room and nothing in writing.Do i have a right to make him leave?

If your wife wants him to stay & you want him to leave, this is something that you & your wife will have to work out together.

As Betty so sagely advised, that is certainly a consideration for you.
If I were in your position, I'd be considering a divorce.
You might ask your wife, if the unwanted intruder were your brother, how would she like wearing your shoes?
