My daughter broke her femur while jumping on a neighbors trampoline. Their home owners agent wants her to give a recorded statement. Should I allow her to do this without an attorney present?
Thanks.

You can certainly retain an attorney and you may wish to get a consultation (which would probably be paid) before providing the recorded statement. What your daughter says may be used against any claim for reimbursement of medical expenses. Also remember that providing false information with regard to an insurance claim is fraud. Seeking competent legal advice would seem to be a prudent step to take.
