I broke my front door on my apartment on may the 15th 2008, well they came the next day and replaced my door and somehow my friends playing around broke that door that night so when the repair guy came up to paint the new door he saw that it was broken. I got 2 lease violations for this act for both doors and told that one more would result in eviction. The second violation paper said that they would be in at the begginning of next week to replace that door with another I was charged $175 for two doors. It has been over a week and a half since they have sent that notice, but they have not replaced the second door. They did just put a few screws in this one and its still here. On may the 30th I owe 385 dollars for two doors and work but they never put the second door in. What rights do I possess and do I have to pay for that second door if its not there and what can I say without a evicition as an result. Any help would be so appreicated..
