I am the Plaintiff currently in a breach of contract case. I am 40% owner in an S corp. My claims are promissory estoppel, oppressive conduct by majority shareholders, accounting and of course breach of contract. What kind of damages are in order? If I can't prove exact dollar amount of damages, does it really matter? All discovery materials have not been provided by Defendants and a Motion to Compel was denied. What is a best case scenario for victory and proving my case with 85% of the evidence?
