bought house with girlfriend

About 3 years ago we bought a house together. Both paying our fair share.
She moved out 6 months ago , and has not payed her half for 3 months.
She has 2 children . Now her brother wants her out of his house , she sayes that she will take me to court to get me thrown out of house. Can she legally do that? I have a business at the house if that makes a difference. I have also made many improvement to house on my own.

She likely cannot have you thrown out. but now that the relationship has desolved, this has to be taken care of eventually. One of you is going to have to buy the other out and get their name taken off the house, or put the house for sale. If her name is still on the house, it is still partially her property so she can move back in, or take you to court and ask that the house be sold.
