I bought a used car two days ago and the fact it had navigation was a selling point that was listed and I expressed to the sales person as to why I wanted this car. The car was sold to me "as is" "no warranty", but when I got it home to test the navigation, I found that it would not accept the nav cd. Do I have any recourse with the wholsale lot where I bought the car, or am I hosed. I did finance the vehicle and am saddled w/ a $300 per month payment.

If you bought the car based on fraud, sure, then you could do something. Did it work when you were at the dealership?

Check your states "lemon" laws, sometimes you can protect yourself by using that. Some states require a 30 day warranty even when sold as-is. You may be lucky enough to live in such a state.

Bought a car

The stero worked which is part of the Nav system, but the car was advertised with navigation, and I would hope that that would mean that it actually worked. Am I misataken?
