My husband and I found a great deal for an Alaska cruise on Vacations To Go web page. We called and spoke with a Holland America (the cruise line) representative who took our reservation over the phone and gave us our confirmation number. They also took the down payment out of our account as arranged. 5 days later they notified us and said the price was a mistake and want to charge us 3 times more than the origianal amount. Can they get away with this? What if anything can we do? I appreciate any help you can give me in this matter.
