I work in a hospital. I do sleeping disorder studies 4 nights a week and been doing so for over a year and a half. Well now I am eligible to take my registry exam. I submitted all my paperwork, they took my money, and sent me in the mail so far only a study guide. Well I have tried 7 times so far to try and find out why I cant schedule a test date and no one is returning my calls or emails. I have called up and down the line of contact numbers there and everytime its a voicemail and no one gets back to me. I filed all my appropriate forms well over a month ago and well before my co workers who by chance have already set up their test dates and are awaiting to take the exam. I am at a loss. I really am feeling like Ive been frauded because they have taken my money and made it seem like all was ok by sending me the study guide but when I call the test center scheduling line they tell me I was never set up for registration. Needless to say I need to take it this time because as of july Id have other new protocols set in place for the september exam that would enable me to have to take modules which are an extra 25 dollars per module a piece for 14 modules. That ontop of the fact the test itself is 350 dollars makes taking the next test much more expensive. By them not contacting me through email or phone calls I feel like they are deliberately forcing me into that position of losing out on more money. We are already at the end of the first week of testing and next saturday is the last day to test out. What should I do? I mean i cant study and have any sort of equal chance of passing this thing when I am stressing out about if they are just going to continue to forget about me and such. Please help.
