Repairs, Maintenance black mold

I been living in these apts for 3yrs my 3yr old grew up here well there's been blackmold since I lived here I confronted the manager several times&nothing has got done about it.well my son has been sick off&on for the longest he's on streroids,inhailer,antibiotics.they said he had pnemonia&leukocytosis.I need advice quick on this issue..thanks for ur time...

Follow the advice of the physician treating your son.

When your finances are in great shape, move to new digs.

contact a lawyer immediately..... your son might be in danger in the house with the mold, and if he already has issues you most likely have already allowed the mold spores to cause infection. See your doctor, tell him about the mold, contact a lawyer, the lawyer will make them have a mold specialist come out and test the air for mold spores and WILL make the property take care of your situation. THIS IS THE LAW AND THE PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE A CHOICE!!!!

Here is a link to the CA laws regarding the responsibility of the owners and management. Please, from someone who has fought this before, and who has a residual health concern for MY child, PLEASE dont ignore this...... it IS a big deal!!!

Your simplest and least expensive option is to move.
Report the health conditions if you like, but find a safer place for your family.
