I wanted to know if there is a law about when a woman gives birth the amount of times the anesthesia doctor is allowed to put the needle for the spinal in your back specifically when said woman has a C-section?

To answer to your questions, the law takes no specific position on the number of times a victim, errr, a patient can be poked, prodded, or stuck.

Its up to you to say STOP, or have someone you trust watching the procedure (if allowed) to say STOP on your behalf.
