bike vs truck accident

truck hit my daughter on her bike--fx'd small finger. The truck company said they would pay expenses. She has about $2500 in expenses with Dr.s and bike replacement, etc. Finger isn't completely straight. What would be a reasonable amount for settlement?

There is no way to pull out a random number to tell you what a reasonable settlement would be without reviewing all aspects of the claim. If you believe your daughters finger will not be the same you should probably get documentation of this from a doctor, also, I would consult an attorney if you feel the effects of the injury will be lifelong.
