I posted elsewhere, but for some reason I don't see my post.
My father recently passed away, in Essex County, NJ. My brother, who also lives in NJ, said that he found papers proclaiming that I am the beneficiary for my father's pension checks. Other members of my family are upset, and I am afraid that they can somehow stop me from receiving the money. How can I protect myself?
