Belongs left in my apartment

My daughters friend left some things in our apartment - furniture, clothing, papers, and household items - I spoke with her via text on 12/18/08 and she was to get them by the end of the year. That has not happened. What can I do to get them out of my apartment?

Contact Police or even a local Landlord on what yuor state laws say. Generally a person has 90 days to collect belongings before they can be removed. Once again make some calls then tell this person they have 90 days to collect belongings or they will be discarded. Document this contact and any replies
