My friend has been living with his girlfriend for a year now. He has his two boy with him and has been paying bills and receives mail at the place.he was invited to move in with her and now she wants him to leave He moved from Philadelphia, Pa so he could be there and now she gave him one day to leave . what is the law in the state of Mississippi on this matter. What is the legal amount of days that she has to give him to leave. There was no domestic violence involved.

In short, he legally does not have to leave until a judge orders him to go.
If there are kids involved he might try to find a better solution rather than try to stick around and let things get worse.
