if i have recording of him admitting to having people follow me and threaten me. also admitting they were driving a vehicle he owns to follow me. which i even have plate numbers for.... Would I have some type of counter suit against him if he is threating to sue her for the gifts he has given her in the past? I ask because he is making threats to her now to which i have some on tape and I would like him to have to walk away!
Yes, we are goin to the police today to get PFA's, but I was wondering from a counter suit stanpoint if I have anything that would hold up?
