Being emancipated

Im 16 an i have a kid an nobody to live with an i want to get emancipated i jus font kno how to go about it i mean i dont go to school cause i got kicked out im gona be goin to get my ged i have no money i used to get a ssi check but my garudein died an i lost it an have nobody to sign me up to get it again so im takein if i can get emancipated i can go myself an get my check i jus need to no how to go about it
