Been Charged with assult Can I post a question about my case before it goes to court > I would like to discuss my case with some people here that know more about it than I do. Actually you can say all you want. Unless the court put you under an official gag order... You would actually get a wording on your bond papers stating this as a condition of your bond.

They generally tell you not to talk to anyone about your case to protect their own interests. Remember fear, and our willingness to let them be in power is what put them in power. This always leds to corruption, but it is better than a monarchy...
