I hear that the final day to file Bankruptcy before the new changes to the laws take effect is sometime this week. Is there anyone out there that can confirm this and if so what is the date of action. Many Thnx

I don't that is correct. When I went in for my consultation, they had told me that everyone is going to make a mad dash to do it in august. It is suppose to change then or in sept. It is one or the other. If it were to be this week, then I would be screwed.
