After rereading my bankruptcy papers, it seems that my disposible income when I filed according to them was over $81,000.00 they came to this number because at the time I was working alot of unwanted overtime. I kno not make that much money and my income is more in the range of $50,000.00 per year. They have me bringing home $6800.00 per month when in truth it is only $3000.00.. Is there a way I can change this to a chapter 7 and restart this whole process.
