I have a student loan that is NOT guaranteed or insured by the Federal Government. The school closed before I cound complete my educational program.

Can this loan be discharged in bankruptcy?

How do I go about getting it discharged?

Whose bankruptcy are you talking about... yours or the schools? Note that if you declare bankruptcy it is not like you can choose to do so with regard to one debt in particular. It;s a position which you take as a whole.
