I have obtained an attorney to file a chapter 7. I got my credit report as requested by my attorney and found out that most of the things that I had about 8-9 yrs ago are not on my credit report. I have no way of getting the things from that long ago. I had advised the receptionist of the situation and she had told me that I need to find out a way of getting that info. If they are not on my credit report and have been possibly been charged off, should I still try to find a way of getting the old things of 8-9 yrs to claim on my bankruptcy? Or since everyone goes by the credit reports these days, should I just let it go? Are the charge offs going to come lurking around the corner and nip me in the butt later on down the road? If I do have to scrounge to dig up my past, how would one go about getting them since it has been so long ago?

Thanks,
NAL
