Personal Bankruptcy Bankruptcy and Life Estate in WI

I am going to be filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy after the first of the year- I have credit cards that went into default when I was laid off, they are garnishing my wages so much I can't live. My question is, myself and my brother are the owners on the deed to my mothers home, which has no leins, loans, etc on it and she has a life estate in the property. Can the creditors put leins on the life estate property because my name is on the deed? Can they go after it? The life estate is clearly stated on the tax bill and recorded at the register of deeds. Do I have to declare it on the Bankruptcy filing?

The creditors cannot for a sale of the property but, from my understanding, you may need to declare it as an asset on the bankruptcy filing.
