Bank of America is partially posting mortgage payments

I have been talking to two credit agencies trying to get on the Make Home Affordable plan. Both said I qualify. Last April, Bank of America started only partially posting my mortgage payments. My account looks like a mess. They also reported to the credit bureaus that I had missed a payment. When I called them, the rep told me that in order for me to get any help, this is what they had to do. She said they would fix everything after I got on the plan. This doesn't sound legal to me and they never informed me that they were going to do this. I haven't missed a payment and I can prove it. I opened a complaint with the US Treasury, and they are reviewing it. Bank of America sent me a letter saying that they are fixing my credit report. I received a statement from them today and it says I'm still past due. What more do I need to do to straighten this out?

Wait and be patient.

These clowns aren't in any hurry to do you a favor.

This will take some time.

Stay on top of it and in about 60-90 days it will be corrected.
