A Motion for summary judgement was recently entered into local court. Within the motion is the application and other docs which contain my personal information ss# and dob . going into the courts public search i can bring up the docs and see everything. Should the bank have blanked out this information prior to giving it to their attorneys or should the attorneys have done it...Is their any legal recourse?
