I wrote a check for $300 and was arrested for a felony charge in VA. I was released until court on the 1st of Aug. I have contacted the recipiant of the check and will pay him with certified funds on Thursday and then he will contact the court house and let them know it was paid.

What happens when I go to court on the 1st to get my second court dat?

what happens on my secind court date?

How can I get the Felony Arrest off my record?

was this 'bad check' NSF or was it fraud?

By paying him prior to court, you may avoid a civil judgment from him, but he can't really do anything about the criminal action. He is not the plaintiff in that matter, the Commonwealth of Virginia is.
