I am involved with a brother-in-law in a plumbing service business. I am a licensed plumber. We were not getting along and he started getting violent. Bi-polar behavior. Words cannot explain his behavior.
I went to work for a professional company with the intent to sell the business. He decided to change the locks on the door. Where do I go from here. The company is a C-corp.
I have already contacted the division of consumer affairs for my state to change the status of being a bonafied representative.
He cannot advertise or do business without a state license.
