Bad Faith against Insurance company

I had a Bad Faith claim against my insurance company and my attorneys failed to do their jobs so the case was dismissed. Can I re-file and if not, then is there another type of case I can file agaist them for not lowballing the claim, dragging their feet, misrepresenting my coverage, slandering me, misappropriation of funds, lying, and punitive damages? My house caught fire and it is destroyed. The insurance paid $48,000 with all the BS previously mentioned. Thank you.
