ok so my dad and i have the same name except for our middle names, his is barlow and mine is james. Well he was sued in court by company that he didnt pay his bill. he never showed up to court and they filled the bad credit on my name. When i checked my credit report it showed up. 
, so i was mad and i filled to dispute this item. after the 30 days go by they came back and said all the info on the account was filed correct and that its my account.
what should i do???
