I keep getting this

if it is awaiting activation, then how can I post?


ChanceKubeczka, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

We are moving the forum to a new system, probably in July, which will make all these messages a little more clear. Typically we don't allow avatars, signatures or other such visual items in the law forum until a member has shown that they really intend to participate - which is usually a small number but enough to tell. You'd be shocked at how many law firms and even attorneys who practice law solo will hire people to leave advertising in the law forum.
